SGS Heating and Plumbing Team Profiles

Sam set up SGS Heating and Plumbing in 2019 after spending 20 years working as a maintenance manager within the Leisure and Tourism sector. He quickly became known within the industry for his high quality workmanship, reliability and integrity providing heating and plumbing solutions for a number of large caravan parks such as Avon Estates Ltd based in Stratford-upon-Avon as well as residential homes within the Cotswolds and the surrounding areas. 

Jamie joined Sam at SGS Heating and Plumbing Ltd in 2026, having worked within the heating and plumbing industry as a gas safe registered engineer since 2006. He prides himself on his high quality workmanship and time keeping, always ensuring that he maintains clear communication with his customers.

Jenny (Sam's wife) joined the team in July 2026 as operational manager to oversee the day to day running of the business and to support with new bookings. Jenny was previously a Physiotherapist in another life and brings her experience of running her own  Physiotherapy business as well as her outstanding interpersonal skills to the team. This ensures that all customers have a seamless experience and service from first phone call to final check.
